Job Description

AgReserves, Inc. is seeking an experienced Land Management Associate to join our land team!
Summary:
The Land Management Associate provides operational support for land stewardship and compliance activities within a regional agricultural portfolio. This role assists with implementing land management plans, coordinating routine maintenance, and ensuring accurate documentation to preserve property value and regulatory adherence.
Responsibilities:
Assist in implementing land management plans and conservation strategies under guidance. Support coordination of permits, Idaho water rights, and environmental compliance requirements. May assist with renewable energy projects, including managing construction activities and administering all post-construction requirements. May manage a portfolio of third-party leases that are essential to supporting operational needs. Help process easement and license agreements to protect ownership rights. Coordinate routine property maintenance and minor infrastructure repairs with service providers. Monitor land use regulations and report potential impacts to management. Prepare and maintain accurate property records and GIS data. Assist with budgeting for repairs and small capital improvements. Provide data and operational input for acquisition reviews and due diligence. Represent the organization professionally with tenants and regulatory agencies as needed. Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Agronomy, Environmental Science, Natural Resource Management, or related field. 2+ years of experience in land management, environmental compliance, or agricultural operations. Knowledge of land use regulations and conservation practices. Strong organizational and communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with GIS tools preferred. #ARI Working conditions: The physical demands below describe what is generally required to perform this job.
