Meridian, ID Work Schedule :
Hours vary Monday - Friday 7:00 am to 7:00 pm overtime and rotating Saturdays may be required Job Responsibilities
+ Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups
+ Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol tests etc.
+ Perform data entry of patient information in an accurate and timely manner
+ Process billing information and collect payments when required
+ Prepare all collected specimens for testing and analysis
+ Maintain patient and specimen information logs
+ Provide superior customer service to all patients
+ Administrative and clerical duties as necessary
+ Travel to additional sites when needed Minimum Qualifications
+ High school diploma or GED or equivalent Preferred Qualifications
+ Phlebotomy certification or completed training program + 1 year or more of phlebotomy experience Additional Job Standards
+ In lieu of work experience, a Phlebotomy certification or completed training program must come from an accredited agency
+ Be at least 21 years of age
+ Able to pass a standardized color blindness test
+ Strong communication skills; both written and verbal
+ Proven track record in providing exceptional customer service
