You'll learn how to perform blood draws, including venipuncture and finger sticks, while handling a high volume of specimens with accuracy and efficiency. Responsibilities include properly labeling, transporting, and processing samples such as blood and urine, all while maintaining strict safety, privacy, and quality standards. You'll also gain experience keeping supplies organized and fully stocked, along with completing detailed and accurate documentation.
