Job Description

Drug Screen Administrator / Collection Technician We are seeking a dependable, professional, and detail-oriented Drug Screen Administrator / Collection Technician to join our team.
Responsibilities:
Check clients in and verify identification. Monitor urine drug screens and other required collections. Monitor clients completing pill/medication and breath alcohol testing. Follow proper testing and collection procedures. Complete and maintain accurate paperwork, logs, and documentation. File and organize client records. Maintain confidentiality and a professional testing environment. Keep the testing area clean, organized, and stocked. Provide professional and respectful customer service.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED. Dependable, punctual, and professional. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Comfortable monitoring clients during testing procedures. Basic computer and paperwork/documentation skills. Must be able to maintain strict confidentiality. Must be able to pass a background check. Must comply with our drug-free workplace policy. Previous experience is a plus but not required — training will be provided . We are looking for someone who can work independently, follow procedures carefully, and interact professionally with clients from a variety of backgrounds.
