We provide drug and alcohol testing, DNA testing, and occupational health services for employers throughout Southeast Louisiana. Our reputation is built on professionalism, outstanding customer service, and fast, accurate testing. Whether you have experience in healthcare or simply enjoy helping people and learning new skills, we provide paid training for the right candidate. What You'll Do Perform DOT and non-DOT urine drug collections following federal guidelines. Perform breath alcohol testing after certification. Welcome clients and provide exceptional customer service. Answer phones and schedule appointments. Complete Chain of Custody Forms and testing documentation accurately. Prepare and ship specimens to the laboratory. Maintain a clean, organized collection site. Assist with daily office operations and administrative duties. Travel to local employer locations for onsite collections when needed. Maintain required certifications and participate in ongoing training. Qualifications We're looking for someone who is: Friendly, professional, and dependable. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. Comfortable working independently and as part of a team. Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Willing to learn and grow with our company. Committed to providing exceptional customer service. Preferred Experience Experience in any of the following is a plus: Customer service (2+ years preferred) Medical office Medical Assistant Phlebotomy Occupational health Drug testing Bilingual (English/Spanish) DOT Collector and Breath Alcohol Technician certification is preferred but not required. Paid certification and training are provided. Requirements High school diploma or GED. Valid driver's license. Reliable, insured transportation. Basic computer skills. Ability to travel locally for employer collections. Ability to lift up to 10 pounds. Why Join Fastest Labs?
