Flexible (on-call / scheduled appointments) Job Summary We are seeking a reliable, compassionate, and detail-oriented Mobile Phlebotomist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for traveling to patient locations to collect blood specimens in a professional, safe, and timely manner while providing exceptional patient care. This position requires independence, strong communication skills, and the ability to work efficiently in various environments. Responsibilities Travel to patient homes, assisted living facilities, and clinics to perform blood draws Verify patient identity and ensure proper labeling of specimens Process, centrifuge, and prepare specimens for transport when required Maintain proper chain of custody and specimen integrity Follow all OSHA and HIPAA regulations Maintain accurate documentation and complete requisition forms Ensure all supplies are stocked and organized Provide professional, courteous, and compassionate patient care Qualifications Certified Phlebotomy Technician (CPT) preferred (if required in your state) Minimum 1 year phlebotomy experience preferred Experience with difficult draws, geriatrics, and pediatric patients a plus Reliable transportation and valid driver's license Current liability insurance (if required for contractors) Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work independently Requirements Must have own vehicle Must have smartphone with GPS capability Ability to travel within designated service area Professional appearance and demeanor Compensation per-draw pay
