Full Job Description About Us:
RPT Labs, Inc. is a trusted provider of drug and alcohol testing services, proudly serving the Massachusetts area with locations in Lowell, Boston, Arlington, and Weymouth. We partner with transportation companies, employers, and government agencies to ensure safe and compliant workplaces. We are currently seeking reliable, detail-oriented Drug Test Technicians for a Full time position in the Arlington/Boston area . Key Responsibilities:
Perform urine drug screenings and breath alcohol tests using DOT and non-DOT protocols Travel to nearby client sites and collection locations as needed Maintain accurate documentation and strict chain of custody procedures Ensure a clean, secure, and professional testing environment Provide excellent customer service to donors and clients Follow all confidentiality, compliance, and HIPAA regulations
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (required) Ability to travel within the Boston area as needed Ability to drive a mobile drug testing van Experience in specimen collection or breath alcohol testing Strong attention to detail and ability to follow protocols Professional, courteous, and dependable Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality at all times
