PM ET Job Details:
The Patient Services Representative II will perform quality blood collections, prepare and process specimens, verify patient information, maintain accurate documentation, and provide a professional and comfortable patient experience. The role requires strong phlebotomy skills, including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections, along with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3 years of phlebotomy experience required
- Pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collection experience
- Patient Service Center experience preferred
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Reliable transportation and flexibility to travel between locations as needed
