Job Description

Pride Health is hiring a Phlebotomist to support our client's medical facility in Norwood, MA. This is a 6+ month contract assignment (convertible to permanent based on your work performance). And a great way to start working with a top-tier healthcare organisation!

Duties:

Perform venipuncture and capillary blood collection. Release lab orders and distribute collection kits. Explain self-collection procedures to patients. Perform fingerstick INR and other point-of-care testing. Centrifuge, process, label, and prepare specimens for transport. Ensure accurate and timely specimen collection and processing. Provide professional, patient-centered care. Support timely laboratory results for diagnosis and treatment decisions.

Requirements:
Education:

HS diploma Years of experience: 2+ years experience needed.

Skills/Specialties/Technology:

Pediatrics experience (Preferred)

Pay Range:

$21.00 to $23.00/hour
