JOB DETAILS
- Perform quality blood draws and prepare specimens for laboratory testing.
- Provide professional and compassionate patient care.
- Perform clinical and forensic specimen collection and processing.
- Maintain accurate patient records and specimen documentation.
- Follow established safety, confidentiality, and quality procedures.
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 6 months of phlebotomy experience required; 1+ year preferred.
- Pediatric and geriatric phlebotomy experience preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Medical Assistant or Paramedic training preferred.
- Phlebotomy certification preferred.
- Customer service experience preferred.
- Keyboard and data-entry experience required.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Flexibility for weekends, holidays, on-call, and overtime as needed.
