Monday-Friday Pay:
$24/hr - $28/hr on W2 without any benefits
Note :
This is a float position, which requires you to travel between different facilities as needed. You will receive mileage reimbursement. Summary We are seeking an experienced, compassionate, and detail-oriented Phlebotomist III - Floater to provide exceptional patient care while delivering high-quality specimen collection services. Responsibilities Collect high-quality blood specimens using venipuncture, capillary, pediatric, geriatric, and forensic collection techniques. Prepare and process specimens accurately for laboratory testing. Verify patient identity and demographic information before collection. Ensure specimen labeling accuracy by obtaining patient verification and signatures after collection. Maintain accurate documentation and comply with all regulatory requirements. Follow all safety, infection control, confidentiality, and quality assurance standards. What We're Looking For Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. 3 years of phlebotomy experience, including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections. Strong specimen collection and processing skills. Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license (when applicable). Preferred Qualifications Medical Assistant or Paramedic training. Phlebotomy certification (required for positions in California, Nevada, and Washington). 2+ years of Patient Service Center experience. Previous customer service experience in a retail, healthcare, or service environment. AB01
