Must be available Fridays- April 17th, May 15th, June 26th and July 17th As a Phlebotomist, you will be essential in providing high-quality patient care through the collection and processing of blood specimens. You will utilize your core skills in venipuncture, medical terminology, and patient service to ensure accurate and timely blood sampling. With a focus on patient comfort and safety, you will contribute significantly to our healthcare mission, particularly in a military setting where precision and care are paramount. Responsibilities Collect blood samples through venipuncture and other methods while ensuring patient comfort and safety. Process and label specimens accurately for laboratory analysis. Monitor and record vital signs as needed. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to protocols. Communicate effectively with patients and team members to provide exceptional patient care. Current Phlebotomy certification, required Must have at least 2 years' experience, attention to detail, willing to learn, & actively registered with the state or currently working under a physician. Military experience is preferable. Scrubs are a must and training will be mandatory. Must be able to pass a drug screening and a background check.
