High school diploma or equivalent.- Years of relevant experience may be substituted for required education.
Licenses:
Valid driver licenseCertifications:
Basic Life Support- Health Care Provider (BLS-HCP) Minimum Work Experience-6 months of phlebotomy experience (Preferred) Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
