Phlebotomist Representative I - Hospital - Wayne, MI, On-Call employee may be eligible to receive shift differential of 10% for some or all hours worked on second shift and 15% for some or all hours worked on third shift. The Phlebotomist I draws quality blood samples from patients while following established practices and procedures. The Phlebotomist I has direct contact with patients and creates an atmosphere of trust and confidence while explaining procedures to patients and drawing blood specimens in a skillful, safe and accurate manner. The Phlebotomist I will demonstrate Quest Leadership Behaviors while focusing on process excellence skills and sensitivity to confidentiality and accuracy to patient information. Successful applicants will be assigned to work in a fast-paced hospital environment.
