What You Will Do:
Master the art of phlebotomy and specimen collection—you'll be doing this for at least 25% of your scheduled hours, and you'll get really good at it! Process and transport laboratory specimens and materials like a pro, keeping everything moving smoothly through the lab. Get hands-on with point of care testing and nail those order entries with accuracy and confidence. Connect with patients, caregivers, and lab staff in a way that makes everyone's day a little better—your friendly professionalism sets the tone! Handle specimens from all patient ages with skill and care, maintaining top-notch safety and proficiency standards. Stick to established procedures while bringing your own customer-focused flair to every interaction, making the lab experience seamless and welcoming.
Qualifications Required Qualifications :
High school graduate or equivalent Minimum six months of phlebotomy experience
