Phlebotomist - Laboratory • Nights (9pm-0530am) - 24hrs/wk Requisition #: req12562
Shift:

Yes General Purpose of Job :
Following established procedures obtains blood specimens for clinical laboratory analysis for the patient population served by UMH-West. Distributes specimens promptly to the laboratory, performs waived point-of-care testing and maintains clinical and professional competency.
Education :
Minimum of High School Diploma or GED 1-2 years of college (pre-med or pre-MLS) is preferred.
License / Certification
/
Registration :
Certification is preferred, after one year of experience with
ASCP, ASPT, NCA, and AMT Experience :
Phlebotomy or Medical Assistant training/ experience is preferred.
