$23.20 - $24.90 per hour (based on experience)

Contingent with potential pathway for hire
Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 9:00am-5:30pm Why This Role Matters As a Phlebotomist II, you will play a critical role in ensuring accurate specimen collection and exceptional patient experiences. Your expertise in phlebotomy and commitment to quality will directly support timely and accurate diagnostic testing while fostering trust and confidence with every patient interaction. What You'll Do Perform venipuncture and capillary blood collection on pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients Prepare and process specimens for laboratory testing following established procedures Verify patient identification and ensure accurate specimen labeling and documentation Maintain patient confidentiality while delivering exceptional customer service Perform specimen collection and processing duties in both clinical and forensic settings Support multiple patient service locations as needed based on business demands Maintain a safe, professional, and compliant work environment Complete daily activities accurately and within established timelines What We're Looking For A current, up-to-date resume High school diploma or equivalent Minimum of 3 years of phlebotomy experience, including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections Previous Patient Service Center experience preferred Medical assistant or paramedic training preferred Phlebotomy certification preferred Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills Proficiency with keyboarding and data entry Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between locations as needed Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, overtime, and varying schedules based on staffing needs Ability to meet compliance requirements including immunizations (MMR, Varicella, Tdap, and TB test required; COVID-19 and Flu vaccination strongly recommended) Must be eligible and provide proof of eligibility to work in the US What's In it For You Competitive pay based on experience Fast-track opportunity for qualified candidates Opportunity to work with diverse patient populations, including pediatrics and geriatrics Exposure to multiple healthcare settings and continued skill development Potential pathway to long-term employment Meaningful work that directly impacts patient care and health outcomes Benefits for Manpower Associates (Upon Eligibility) Upon completion of waiting period associates are eligible for: Medical and Prescription Drug Plans Dental Plan Supplemental Life Insurance Short Term Disability Insurance 401(k)
