  • As a Phlebotomist, you will play a critical role in the patient experience by ensuring accurate specimen collection and processing while providing compassionate, professional care. Your work directly supports timely and accurate diagnostic testing that helps inform important healthcare decisions.
  • What You'll Do
  • + Collect blood specimens through venipuncture and capillary techniques for patients of all ages, including pediatric and geriatric populations + Accurately label, process, and prepare specimens for laboratory testing following established procedures + Verify patient identification, demographics, and specimen labeling to ensure accuracy and compliance + Maintain required records and documentation while safeguarding patient confidentiality + Provide exceptional customer service and create a welcoming, professional environment for patients + Travel between multiple patient service centers and physician office locations as needed + Perform daily activities independently while maintaining quality, safety, and productivity standards •What We're Looking For•+ A current, up-to-date resume + High school diploma or equivalent required + Minimum of 3 years of phlebotomy experience, including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections + Previous experience in a Patient Service Center environment preferred + Medical assistant, paramedic, or related medical training preferred + Strong specimen collection, processing, and documentation skills + Excellent customer service and communication abilities + Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision + Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and clean driving record + Flexible availability to support weekends, holidays, overtime, on-call coverage, and travel between locations as needed + Keyboard and data entry experience preferred + Ability to meet compliance requirements •What's In It For You•+ Competitive pay at $28/hr + Opportunity to work across multiple locations and expand your skillset + Gain experience in a high-volume, patient-focused healthcare environment + Build meaningful relationships with patients while making a direct impact on their care journey + Potential pathway to long-term employment opportunities + Comprehensive training and ongoing professional development •Benefits for Manpower Associates (Upon Eligibility)•Upon completion of waiting period associates are eligible for: + Medical and Prescription Drug Plans + Dental Plan + Supplemental Life Insurance + Short Term Disability Insurance + 401(k)ManpowerGroup is committed to providing equal employment opportunities in a professional, high quality work environment.
