$21.50 - $23.05 per hour

9:00am-6:00pm Why This Role Matters As a Phlebotomist II, you play a critical role in delivering exceptional patient care and ensuring accurate diagnostic testing. Your expertise in specimen collection, attention to detail, and ability to create a positive patient experience help support healthcare providers in making informed medical decisions. What You'll Do Collect blood specimens using venipuncture, capillary, and other approved collection methods Prepare, label, process, and transport specimens according to established procedures Verify patient demographic information and ensure accurate specimen identification Obtain patient signatures and confirm proper specimen labeling following specimen collection Perform both clinical and forensic specimen collection and processing duties Maintain accurate records and documentation while adhering to confidentiality standards Provide exceptional customer service and create a welcoming, professional patient experience Maintain a safe, clean, and professional work environment Support Patient Service Center and physician office locations as business needs require What We're Looking For A current, up-to-date resume High school diploma or equivalent required 1-3 years of phlebotomy experience, including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections Strong venipuncture, specimen handling, and processing skills Medical assistant or paramedic training preferred Phlebotomy certification preferred Two years of Patient Service Center experience preferred Customer service experience in a retail or service environment highly preferred Keyboard and data entry proficiency Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and clean driving record if applicable Flexibility to travel between locations and adapt to changing staffing needs Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-volume environment Must be able to obtain and maintain any required hospital credentialing for site access Ability to meet compliance requirements Must be eligible and provide proof of eligibility to work in the US What's In It For You Competitive pay Opportunity to work with a leading healthcare diagnostics organization Gain experience with diverse patient populations and clinical environments Enhance your phlebotomy, specimen handling, and customer service skills Potential pathway to long-term employment Supportive team environment focused on quality, patient care, and professional growth Benefits for Manpower Associates (Upon Eligibility) Upon completion of waiting period associates are eligible for: Medical and Prescription Drug Plans Dental Plan Supplemental Life Insurance Short Term Disability Insurance 401(k)
