Schedule:

Monday-Friday, varied 8-hour shifts between 6:30am-5:30pm Why This Role Matters As a Phlebotomist, you play a vital role in the healthcare journey by ensuring accurate specimen collection and delivering exceptional patient experiences. Your expertise, attention to detail, and commitment to quality help support critical diagnostic testing and positive patient outcomes. What You'll Do Perform venipuncture, capillary, pediatric, and geriatric blood collections with precision and care Collect, label, process, and prepare specimens for laboratory testing following established procedures Verify patient demographic information and obtain required patient acknowledgements to ensure specimen integrity Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with company and regulatory standards Provide outstanding customer service while creating a welcoming and professional environment for patients Perform both clinical and forensic specimen collection and processing duties Travel between multiple Patient Service Center and/or physician office locations as needed Work independently while managing multiple priorities in a high-volume environment Maintain a safe, organized, and professional workspace What We're Looking For A current, up-to-date resume High school diploma or equivalent Minimum of 3 years of phlebotomy experience, including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections Minimum of 2 years of Patient Service Center experience preferred Medical assistant or paramedic training preferred Phlebotomy certification preferred Strong customer service experience in a retail, healthcare, or service environment preferred Keyboarding and data entry experience Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and clean driving record, if applicable Flexibility to travel to multiple locations and accommodate changing staffing needs Ability to meet compliance requirements What's In It For You Competitive pay at $28 per hour Opportunity to work with a respected healthcare organization Variety in your workday through coverage of multiple locations and patient populations Develop and strengthen advanced phlebotomy and patient care skills Dynamic work environment with opportunities for professional growth Potential pathway to long-term employment opportunities Benefits for Manpower Associates (Upon Eligibility) Upon completion of waiting period associates are eligible for: Medical and Prescription Drug Plans Dental Plan Supplemental Life Insurance Short Term Disability Insurance 401(k)
