Schedule:

Varied 8-hour shifts, Monday-Friday, 6:30 AM - 5:30 PM Why This Role Matters As a Phlebotomist, you play a critical role in delivering exceptional patient care and ensuring the accuracy of diagnostic testing. Your expertise in specimen collection, attention to detail, and commitment to patient service help create a positive experience while supporting quality healthcare outcomes. What You'll Do Perform venipuncture and capillary blood collections on pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients Collect, process, and prepare clinical and forensic specimens for laboratory testing according to established procedures Verify patient demographic information and ensure specimen labeling accuracy through proper documentation and patient confirmation Maintain required records and documentation while adhering to confidentiality standards Travel between multiple patient service centers and physician office locations as needed to support staffing requirements Provide exceptional customer service while creating a professional and reassuring environment for patients Maintain a safe, organized, and compliant work environment Perform daily responsibilities accurately and efficiently with minimal supervision What We're Looking For A current, up-to-date resume High school diploma or equivalent Minimum of 3 years of phlebotomy experience, including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections Minimum of 2 years of Patient Service Center experience preferred Medical assistant, paramedic, or other medical training preferred Phlebotomy certification preferred Strong specimen collection, processing, and documentation skills Excellent customer service and patient communication skills Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and a clean driving record Flexibility to travel between locations and adapt to changing staffing needs, including weekends, holidays, on-call assignments, and overtime as needed Keyboard and data entry proficiency Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-volume environment Ability to meet compliance requirements What's In It For You Competitive pay at $28/hr Opportunity to work across multiple healthcare settings and locations Gain experience with diverse patient populations and collection procedures Develop leadership, customer service, and process excellence skills Work in a role that directly impacts patient care and healthcare decisions Opportunity to expand your professional experience in a dynamic healthcare environment Benefits for Manpower Associates (Upon Eligibility) Upon completion of waiting period associates are eligible for: Medical and Prescription Drug Plans Dental Plan Supplemental Life Insurance Short Term Disability Insurance 401(k)
