7:45 AM•12:30 PM Seeking a dedicated and skilled Medical Assistant (MA), Certified Medical Assistant (CMA), or Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) to join their healthcare team. This is an exciting full-time opportunity for a motivated individual looking to make a positive impact in patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform EKGs and administer injections as needed. Conduct phlebotomy procedures to collect blood samples. Navigate Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems proficiently for patient documentation. Submit medication prior authorizations to ensure effective patient care. Measure and record manual blood pressures, showcasing attention to detail. Maintain an organized and efficient work environment while prioritizing patient comfort and safety. Assist with medication familiarity and provide guidance to patients as needed.
Qualifications:
Certification as a Medical Assistant (CMA) or Registration as a Medical Assistant (RMA) preferred; experience as a Medical Assistant (MA) will also be considered. Proven experience in EKGs, injections, and phlebotomy is highly desirable; while phlebotomy experience is preferred, it is not mandatory. Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative healthcare team. Strong organizational skills and dependable work ethic. Familiarity with medications and experience with manual blood pressure
Pay:
$18.00•$21.00 per hour
