MedQuest Imaging, a trusted partner of Novant Health, is seeking a Registered Technical Assistant to join our growing Mobile MRI Team. As a member of our mobile team, you'll help bring high-quality diagnostic imaging services directly to communities across the region while supporting MRI operations at multiple healthcare facilities. This role is ideal for candidates with patient care experience, including performing venipuncture and starting IVs.

Working in a dynamic, mobile healthcare environment Variety in your day-to-day responsibilities and work locations The opportunity to support patient care across multiple communities Collaborative team environment 10- and 12-hour shifts Mileage reimbursement and travel support when applicable Responsibilities Screen patients prior to exam Assist the patient in completing electronic paperwork Obtain medical history from the patient Escort the patient to the changing room and ensure they are dressed appropriately for the exam Escort patients to and from the mobile MRI or exam room Assist the technologist in preparing the MRI table (coil selection, changing linen, etc.) Start and remove IVs Maintain linen inventory Research availability and obtain reports and images requested by Radiologist Serve as liaison between the technologist and Radiologist Other duties as assigned

Qualifications Education:

High School Diploma or GED required Phlebotomy certification, Certified Medical Assistant certification through AAMA or NHA, Registered Medical Assistant certification through AMT or ARMA, or ARRT registered in (R), (MR), (CT), or (M) required CPR certification required

Prior Experience:
