Responsibilities Deliver engaging and comprehensive classroom instruction on phlebotomy techniques, safety protocols, and patient interaction. Manage classroom dynamics effectively, ensuring a respectful, inclusive, and motivating learning environment for adult students. Facilitate practical lab sessions, guiding students through blood collection procedures with precision and confidence. Assess student progress through evaluations, provide constructive feedback, and support individual learning needs. Incorporate innovative learning technologies and instructional methods to enhance student engagement and comprehension. Collaborate with program coordinators to plan lesson schedules, coordinate assessments, and improve course content based on feedback. Skills Proven experience in teaching or training within a classroom setting, preferably in healthcare or technical education. Strong knowledge of phlebotomy procedures, safety standards, and industry regulations. Ability to manage classroom environments effectively while maintaining discipline and motivation. Skilled in curriculum development, lesson planning, and employing diverse instructional strategies for adult learners. Familiarity with learning technology tools that support interactive teaching and remote learning options. Excellent communication skills to clearly convey complex concepts to students of varied backgrounds. Experience working with students in a university or adult education setting is highly desirable.
