- Perform blood draws via venipuncture and collect urine samples for drug screening.
- Ensure proper labeling and handling of specimens.
- Maintain sterile techniques and adhere to safety protocols.
- Provide excellent customer service to patients and support staff.
- Follow dress code requirements, including wearing solid color scrubs and closed-toe shoes.
- Cover multiple sites as needed, supporting ongoing laboratory operations. Required Skills
- Proven experience in phlebotomy, including venipuncture.
- Knowledge of specimen collection procedures.
- Ability to follow precise instructions and safety guidelines.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good communication skills to interact with patients and team members. Additional Skills & Requirements
- Certification or licensure as a phlebotomist is preferred.
- Experience working with diverse patient populations and in multiple clinical settings is a plus.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including mornings and afternoons.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Prior experience in urine drug screening collection is ideal.
