  • Perform blood draws via venipuncture and collect urine samples for drug screening.
  • Ensure proper labeling and handling of specimens.
  • Maintain sterile techniques and adhere to safety protocols.
  • Provide excellent customer service to patients and support staff.
  • Follow dress code requirements, including wearing solid color scrubs and closed-toe shoes.
  • Cover multiple sites as needed, supporting ongoing laboratory operations. Required Skills
  • Proven experience in phlebotomy, including venipuncture.
  • Knowledge of specimen collection procedures.
  • Ability to follow precise instructions and safety guidelines.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Good communication skills to interact with patients and team members. Additional Skills & Requirements
  • Certification or licensure as a phlebotomist is preferred.
  • Experience working with diverse patient populations and in multiple clinical settings is a plus.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including mornings and afternoons.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Prior experience in urine drug screening collection is ideal.
  • Demonstrated reliability and professionalism in a healthcare environment.
