Your expertise will help ensure smooth clinic workflows, accurate medical documentation, and high-quality patient service. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where your skills directly impact patient health and satisfaction. Duties Collect blood samples through venipuncture and capillary puncture with precision and care, adhering to safety protocols. Assist healthcare providers with patient examinations, vital signs measurement, and medical history intake. Support clinical operations by scheduling appointments, verifying insurance information, and maintaining patient flow in busy settings. Administer medications as authorized under physician supervision and monitor patient responses during treatment. Maintain a clean, organized clinical environment while complying with infection control standards and safety regulations. Qualifications Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) credential from an accredited program is required. Proven experience in phlebotomy with proficiency in venipuncture techniques across diverse patient populations. Familiarity with health records management. Excellent patient service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and compassionately.
