Assist healthcare providers during examinations, and procedures Measure vital signs such as blood pressure, pulse, temperature, and respiration; document findings accurately in electronic health records (EHR/EHR systems). Prepare patients for examinations by taking comprehensive medical histories and explaining procedures clearly. Manage administrative duties including patient check-in/out, scheduling appointments, updating medical records, and processing insurance information. Support medication administration and monitor patient responses under supervision of licensed practitioners. Maintain cleanliness and sterilization of clinical equipment while ensuring compliance with infection control standards. Qualifications Proven experience in medical office settings with familiarity in medical administrative support and medical office management. Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, pharmacology, and medical terminology essential for accurate patient care and documentation. Certified in phlebotomy. Hands-on experience with Electronic Health Records (EHR/EHR systems), EMR/EHR management, ICD coding, and medical records organization.
