Excellent opportunity for a Phlebotomist to work with a global life sciences and healthcare company! Shift- Mon - Fri. 5am-1:30pm. Possible rotating weekends. 1-2 years of phlebotomy experience doing blood draws on pediatrics and geriatrics in a hospital setting.

Position Responsibilities:

Phlebotomy technician with experience doing blood draws, labeling specimens, centrifuging specimens, recording maintenance data and decontamination, updating patient information, etc. Properly explains in a clear but courteous manner the process of the venipuncture (blood drawing) and or other specimen collections as required. Demonstrate technique/s using straight needles and/or butterfly needles. Fully understand all of the physicians' orders. Matches laboratory requisition forms to specimen tubes.

Qualifications:

1-2 years of pediatrics, geriatrics, and hard stick experience 1+ years of experience with inpatient hospital draws Comfortable working alone High School Diploma or GED Must pass a color vision test Apply for immediate consideration.
