Responsibilities Perform mobile phlebotomy procedures with accuracy and patient care in home or on-site settings. Meet daily/weekly collection targets and contribute to territory pipelines. Ensure proper specimen labeling, handling, and chain-of-custody per protocol. Travel within assigned territory to collect blood samples efficiently. Maintain strict adherence to safety, infection control, and privacy guidelines. Document patient interactions and test orders in electronic health records. Participate in ongoing training to stay current with new collection techniques. Escalate any quality issues or sample problems promptly per protocol. Educate patients on test processes, pre-collection requirements, and aftercare. Report equipment needs and stock levels; coordinate with support teams for supplies. Collaborate with clinicians and operations to optimize routes and improve efficiency. Maintain professional appearance and represent the company's growth-focused culture. Experience/Qualifications Certified phlebotomist with valid state license or registration. Adherence to safety, infection control, privacy, and HIPAA/compliance standards.
