The phlebotomist is the departmental ambassador and is responsible for providing ecellent customer service. This position does not have access to funds. Certified as a Phlebotomy Technician (PBT/CPT) as outlined in
AHS Laboratory SOP Name:
Certification Pathway and Certification. Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation and/or Electrocardiogram (EKG) as needed depending on position. Hospital/laboratory phlebotomists are not required to have CPR/EKG Excellent customer relation skills. Mathematical, verbal, and written skills at the high school level. Why Caregivers Stay?
