Our services include online access for ordering employment background checks, verifications, employee drug testing, and compliance management. For over a decade, Complete Lab & Drug Test has helped clients implement compliant safety management programs tailored to their unique needs. Job Description Complete Lab & Drug Test seeks a motivated and detail-oriented Specimen Collector to join our team. No prior experience is required as we provide comprehensive training. As a Specimen Collector, you will: Collect urine and oral specimens and administer Breath Alcohol Tests (BAT) at our local collection site. Accurately enter test data into an electronic software system. Prepare specimens for transportation to laboratories. Transport specimens to FedEx locations for shipment to laboratories as required. Answer incoming calls and make outbound calls to clients. Respond to client emails in a timely and professional manner.

Important Notes:

This role ONLY involves collecting specimens for drug tests, Breath Alcohol Tests, and DNA tests. No blood (venipuncture) or

COVID-19

specimen collection or testing is conducted. Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Basic computer and data entry skills. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Ability to interact respectfully with a diverse group of individuals. Physical ability to lift 30-50 lbs and stand for long periods.

Transportation:

Must have reliable transportation for delivering specimens to FedEx locations. Basic Duties and Responsibilities Handle urine specimens as an essential job function with professionalism and care. Maintain accurate records, ensuring all data is complete and tests are properly ordered. Follow industry protocols and maintain a chain of custody at all times. Greet clients courteously and maintain a safe, clean work environment. Monitor inventory and assist with ordering supplies. Transport specimens to FedEx locations for shipment. Answer incoming calls and make outbound calls to clients. Respond to client emails in a timely and professional manner.
