Job Description
The phlebotomist position will include drawing blood and collecting other specimens from residents/patients for medical testing for diagnosis and treatment purposes. The position involves skills in resident/patient care, skills in drawing specimens, accuracy, and sanitation. The role involves resident/patient interaction, labeling and record-keeping and preparing and maintaining equipment. This position also includes administrative duties in the staff development department. This role requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, strong understanding of Microsoft Office products, great customer service, and to have the ability to provide compassionate patient care.
