Provide excellent patient service by explaining procedures clearly, addressing concerns, and ensuring comfort throughout the process. Follow strict laboratory procedures and safety protocols, including blood handling standards and infection control practices. Requirements Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, medical terminology, and laboratory protocols related to blood sampling. Certification in phlebotomy (such as Certified Phlebotomy Technician) preferred; relevant hospital or healthcare experience is highly valued.
