Phlebotomist Health Screener (OOJ - 45322) 26-32 / US Dollars / Hourly NPAworldwide Recruitment Network update Last updated: May/04/2026 Job Description We are conducting a confidential search for experienced Phlebotomists to support corporate wellness and employee health screenings. This role involves performing biometric screenings, blood draws, and basic health assessments in a variety of client site settings.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform health risk screening assessments including blood pressure, height, weight, BMI, and blood testing. Conduct venipuncture and fingerstick blood draws with accuracy. Operate Cholestech LDX/Cardiocheck or similar equipment for lipid and glucose testing. Record participant data accurately using paper forms or electronic tablets. Provide counseling and health information to participants regarding screening results. Assist with equipment setup, breakdown, and transport to/from client sites. Respond to medical emergencies (fainting, hypoglycemia, seizures, cardiac arrest) and administer CPR as needed. Ensure strict adherence to HIPAA and patient confidentiality guidelines. Support additional biometric and wellness screening duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED required; Completion of a phlebotomy or medical assistant program preferred. Minimum 2 years of experience in a clinical or screening setting. MediClear Certification (or equivalent HIPAA training) required. Why is This a
