North Greenville Fitness and Cardiac Rehab We are seeking a dedicated and skilled certified phlebotomist to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing blood draws while ensuring a high level of patient care and service. This role is crucial in supporting North Greenville Fitness main services to our clients. Our company provides yearly physical testing opportunities for fire departments and manufacturing companies. Travel is required but transportation, food, and hotels will be provided by the company during work trips. Our company travels to approximately 10 states. Some travel will require you to be on the road and possibly out of state from Monday - Friday. We have teams that travel together and leave from our home office location. Responsibilities Perform venipunctures blood sampling on patients of all ages. Ensure the proper identification of patients and specimens to maintain accuracy in testing. Adhere to safety protocols and infection control measures during blood collection procedures. Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring all equipment is properly sterilized. Document patient interactions and sample collections accurately on required paperwork. Provide excellent patient service by addressing questions or concerns regarding the procedure. Experience Previous experience in a clinical laboratory or hospital setting is preferred. Familiarity with blood sampling techniques and patient care practices is essential. Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with patients and healthcare professionals. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Requirements include willingness to travel 100% of the time. Applicants must live within one hour of our home office in Travelers Rest, SC.
