RO Aesthetics is Hiring! ✨ We're looking for an experienced, outgoing Part-Time Phlebotomist + Front Desk Coordinator to join our team! Schedule to be determined.

Key Responsibilities:

Draw blood and properly handle specimens Greet, check in, and assist clients Answer phones, texts, and client inquiries Follow up with leads and schedule appointments Support injectors and providers Maintain spa, retail, and medical inventory Process payments and assist with client accounts Educate clients on services, skincare, memberships, and promotions Help create an exceptional client experience from start to finish

Requirements:

Phlebotomy experience Previous aesthetics/medical spa experience required Strong communication and customer service skills Professional, organized, dependable, and outgoing Comfortable with sales, lead follow-up, and multitasking If you love aesthetics and thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused environment, we'd love to meet you!
