Sample Safe Labs is seeking a dependable, professional, and compassionate Part-Time Phlebotomist to join our growing team. This position is ideal for someone looking for flexible work approximately 2-3 days per week . This is a pay-per-collection position , with compensation based on completed blood draws, urine specimen collections, and other approved collection services. We are looking for someone who understands that working with a small and growing business means more than simply performing a blood draw. The right person should care about the client experience, take pride in their work, and understand the importance of representing Sample Safe Labs professionally. Responsibilities The Phlebotomist will be responsible for: Performing blood draws safely and professionally Collecting urine specimens according to proper procedures Properly labeling, documenting, handling, and preparing specimens Following chain-of-custody procedures when required Maintaining patient and client confidentiality Following HIPAA and infection-control procedures Keeping the collection area clean, organized, and professional Providing excellent customer service Helping clients feel comfortable and respected throughout the collection process Communicating professionally with clients, laboratories, staff, and management Being punctual and dependable for scheduled appointments Representing Sample Safe Labs in a positive and professional manner Caring about both the client experience and the continued growth and reputation of the business Students & New Phlebotomists Are Encouraged to Apply Phlebotomy students, recent graduates, and individuals who are new to the phlebotomy field are strongly encouraged to apply. Pay:
