Certified Lab Services is a growing mobile phlebotomy company providing concierge specimen collection services to patients throughout Western Washington. We are seeking reliable, personable, and highly organized mobile phlebotomy technicians to join our team. In this role, you will travel to various locations throughout your chosen service area to provide professional specimen collection services while ensuring a high level of patient care, operational excellence, and self-management. This per diem opportunity is well suited to phlebotomists who want to supplement existing work or to build a flexible source of additional income. As Certified Lab Services continues to grow, we expect appointment volume to increase. Contractors who join now will be well positioned to take on additional work as it becomes available. You may choose your own service area / draw volume based on your preference.

Compensation:

$20.00 per draw $0.72 per mile All shipping supplies and required materials will be provided by the company Pay to be delivered weekly

Responsibilities:

Receive and print patient requisition forms which will be sent the day before they are to be collected Travel to and from designated residential or commercial locations to perform scheduled blood draws or specimen collections Collect blood or other medical specimens from patients of all ages in accordance with established procedures Process specimens following collection, including accurate labelling of all specimens and spinning blood for certain tests. Document each appointment on the provided manifest in order of completion, noting whther the collection was completed or not completed Use company-provided shipping supplies to ship specimens to the appropriate laboratory location via FedEx or UPS Provide courteous, professional service to patients, family members, and facility staff at every visit

Qualifications:

An active Washington phlebotomy license or certification as required by Washington State Law Reliable personal transportation, including a personal vehicle and valid driver's license Reliable access to an internet connection and printer to receive and print orders each day A calm, friendly bedside manner

•some of our patients are elderly, homebound, or nervous, and how you make them feel matters as much as your ability to collect specimens. Customer service experience is appreciated Strong organizational skills

•each order is associated with a specific lab and must be sent to the correct location at the end of each day Ability and desire to work independently with minimal oversight
