- Phlebotomist
- to join our team in
- Kennewick, WA
Work Schedule:
- Monday
- Friday 8:00am
- 5:00pm; additional hours and rotating Saturday's as needed
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups
- Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol tests etc.
- Perform data entry of patient information in an accurate and timely manner
- Process billing information and collect payments when required
- Prepare all collected specimens for testing and analysis
- Maintain patient and specimen information logs
- Provide superior customer service to all patients
- Administrative and clerical duties as necessary
- Travel to additional sites when needed
- Minimum Qualifications
- Valid Washington State-issued Phlebotomy License
Preferred Qualifications:
- 2 or more years of phlebotomy experience
- 6 or more months of current or prior Labcorp experience in phlebotomy
- Bilingual with proficiency in Spanish and English
Additional Job Standards:
- In lieu of state license requirement listed above, an application for a phlebotomy license filed with the WA Department of Health at time of hire may meet license requirement.
- Able to pass a standardized color blindness test
- Flexibility to work overtime as needed
- Exceptional customer service
- Strong communication skills; both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently or in a team environment

QUARTERLY INCENTIVE BONUS PROGRAM
- PST's may be eligible for participation in the PST Incentive Plan, which pays a quarterly bonus based on performance metrics
Pay Range:
$18.25- $26.42 per hour
- All job offers will be based on a candidate's skills and prior relevant experience, applicable degrees/certifications, as well as internal equity and market data.
