Schedule:

Monday-Friday | Hours between 6:00AM-6:00PM; float position with hours varying based on staffing needs (40 hours per week)

Pay Rate:

$20.92 - $23.13 per hour + Mileage reimbursement Float positions; hours vary depending on clients' needs. (Float to Portland, Beaverton, and Gresham)

Key Responsibilities:

Performed venipuncture and capillary blood collections for pediatric, geriatric, and adult patients.

Collected, labeled, and processed specimens while maintaining specimen integrity.

Verified patient identification and maintained accurate records in compliance with HIPAA.

Provided phlebotomy support across PSCs, physician offices, and client locations.

Delivered safe, compassionate patient care while working independently.

Requirements:
  • Active WA State Phlebotomy License.
  • Minimum 1 year of Phlebotomy experience Required.
  • High School Diploma or GED Required.
  • Reliable transportation for travel between sites.
