Shift Details :
Float OPT staff provide flexible support by filling staffing gaps, covering peak hours and assisting multiple locations. Float OPT team members are required to work at all locations within their home division.
Central Division includes:
Calhoun, Good Hope, North Hills Health Center, Springdale, Sussex, Tosa, Town Hall, Westbrook, WI Hearth and Vascular (Brookfield) and Shorewood.
Weekends :
No schedule weekends unless
Job Summary:
Responsible for phlebotomy, specimen processing, customer service and provides general office support in a clinic setting.
EXPERIENCE DESCRIPTION
Completion of an approved Phlebotomy program of 6 months or related health care experience including direct patient contact is required. Phlebotomy experience with a minimum of 100 venipunctures is preferred.
EDUCATION DESCRIPTION
High School diploma or equivalent is preferred.
TRAINING DESCRIPTION
Formal training in phlebotomy, Medical Assistant training or equivalent or Health Unit Coordinator diploma.
SPECIAL SKILLS DESCRIPTION
Knowledge of medical terminology.
LICENSURE DESCRIPTION
ASCP certification preferred.
