Phlebotomist - Mitchell Holistic Health (Onalaska, WI)
Hours:
8-10 hours per week, mornings only (7-10 AM approximately)
Pay:
$20-$25/hour (based on experience)

Role:
We're looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Phlebotomist to join us on a part-time basis. This role supports our Functional Medicine practitioners by performing accurate blood draws for specialty lab testing in a calm, client-centered environment. Duties Collect blood samples using venipuncture and skin puncture techniques, ensuring client comfort and safety. Prepare specimens accurately for laboratory testing, including labeling, processing, and documentation. Provide exceptional client service by explaining procedures clearly and addressing concerns with empathy. Follow laboratory procedures and protocols meticulously to ensure specimen integrity and accurate results. Assist with the processing and handling of specimens within the clinical laboratory setting. Maintain detailed records of all procedures performed, adhering to confidentiality and regulatory standards. Maintain organized, stocked blood draw supplies Keep a clean and professional environment Communicate clearly with the Clinic Director Follow all clinic policies for safety, sanitation, and documentation
Ideal Candidate:
Dependable and punctual in arriving for blood draws Detail-oriented and confident with blood draws Professional and courteous with clients
Requirements:
Phlebotomy training or certification (preferred, but not required in Wisconsin) Prior blood draw experience Must be available for morning shifts, 7-10
