1 Description American Traveler is looking for a Physical Therapist for an adult outpatient clinic setting, requiring 1+ year of adult outpatient rehab experience and an active state license (license required if applicable). Details Outpatient physical therapy clinic setting Works with adult outpatient population with varying diagnoses and functional needs

Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm 13-week assignment with 40 guaranteed hours Requirements Active state PT license required at time of submission (license required if applicable) Current BLS certification required Valid driver's license required Minimum 1 year of experience in adult outpatient rehab required Entry-level qualifying master's or doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program required, or bachelor's/master's degree from an APTA-approved program with 2 years of proven work and continuing education experience Adheres to APTA regulatory and practice standards Additional Information Provides PT evaluations and treatments to optimize patient functional outcomes Oversees and directs work of Physical Therapist Assistants and other designated staff Develops and implements individualized treatment plans and home exercise programs Collaborates with interdisciplinary healthcare team on patient care and discharge planning Assists in acquisition and fitting of durable medical equipment for patients Documents patient encounters, treatment plans, and progress according to facility policies Maintains cleanliness and stock of clinical space and equipment Candidates must live at least 100+ miles from the facility to be eligible Facility does not provide housing or transportation for travelers Start date will be no less than 6 weeks after fingerprint processing is completed
