Job Summary:
Provides evaluation and treatment to patients with musculoskeletal, orthopedic, neurological, and movement-related conditions in an outpatient setting. Develops individualized treatment plans to improve mobility, strength, balance, function, and overall quality of life.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
Evaluate patients' physical condition, mobility, strength, range of motion, balance, and functional limitations. Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and clinical goals. Provide therapeutic exercises, stretching, strengthening, and functional training. Perform manual therapy, soft-tissue mobilization, and joint mobilization as appropriate. Provide gait, balance, and coordination training. Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs, proper body mechanics, and injury prevention. Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed. Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation, including evaluations, daily notes, progress reports, and discharge summaries.
