This flexible, as-needed position is ideal for a licensed clinician who values schedule flexibility while delivering high-quality, patient-centered care. About the Role As a PRN member of our therapy team, you'll provide skilled physical therapy services to residents and patients across our short-term rehabilitation and long-term care populations. You'll work as needed to cover caseload demand, staffing gaps, and peak census periods. Responsibilities Evaluate patients and develop or carry out individualized treatment plans (PT), or deliver treatment under the supervision of a licensed PT and per the established plan of care (PTA) Document evaluations, progress, and outcomes in compliance with facility, state, and CMS requirements Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to support patient goals and discharge planning Educate patients, families, and caregivers on treatment plans and home programs Maintain compliance with all clinical, safety, and regulatory standards
