Responsibilities What You'll Do Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans focused on restoring function Deliver evidence‑based physical therapy interventions across a diverse patient population Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care Educate patients and families to support recovery and long‑term outcomes Maintain accurate documentation and comply with billing, regulatory, and safety standards Recognize when patients have achieved optimal benefit from therapy and adjust plans accordingly Our Team Environment You'll join a workplace that is collaborative, supportive, growth‑minded, and inclusive —where therapists are encouraged to share ideas, participate in performance improvement initiatives, and grow their clinical expertise. Qualifications What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited Physical Therapy program Active Alabama Physical Therapist license (temporary permit acceptable) Current BLS (Healthcare Provider) certification Acute care experience preferred—but not required A team‑oriented mindset with strong communication skills Compassionate, adaptable, and patient‑focused professionals who thrive in a collaborative environment 2 + years of experience needed Ready to Take the Next Step?
