Job Description

Full Time with Benefits Director of Physical Therapy
  • DPT Opening:
    We are seeking a Physical Therapist with leadership experience to oversee and support Physical Therapist and PTA's. You will be managing the therapy program while ensuring high-quality patient care. This permanent opportunity is in Hope, AR. What we Offer for the Director of Physical Therapy
  • DPT:
    Compensation notes: $115k to $135k
  • Based on Experience Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k Paid Time Off What the Director of Physical Therapy
  • DPT will be doing:
Schedule:
Day Shift / 8 hour days
  • guaranteed minimum 30 hours a week Oversee the Therapy program including providing evaluations for Physical Therapist This role will include a mix of inpatient (swing bed) and outpatient therapy services The Director of Therapy and Rehabilitation Services is responsible for overseeing the daily operations, clinical performance, and strategic direction of rehabilitation services within the facility.
Qualifications for the Director of Therapy and Rehab Services•
DPT:
Active Arkansas Physical Therapist License and Current AHA BLS Certification. Minimum 2-5 years management experience in a therapy setting. Strong communication and patient education skills, Ability to work independently in a smaller team environment, Familiarity with EMR/documentation systems, and Strong time management and adaptability in mixed settings.
