PRN Physical Therapist - Rogers, AR RehabFirst is an established outpatient physical therapy practice that has served Northwest Arkansas since 1984. We are currently seeking a PRN Physical Therapist for our Rogers location . This position is ideal for a physical therapist looking for flexible hours while working in a collaborative outpatient environment. We are looking for a motivated, forward-thinking therapist who is confident in patient evaluation, treatment planning, and the application of evidence-based interventions. Our therapists combine clinical expertise with individualized patient assessment to provide excellent care and strong patient outcomes. Job Responsibilities Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Provide direct patient care in an outpatient setting Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and assessments Develop individualized treatment plans with measurable goals based on each patient's condition and needs Provide skilled therapeutic interventions, including manual therapy when appropriate Educate patients regarding their diagnosis, rehabilitation process, home exercise program, and plan of care Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Communicate effectively with patients, therapists, administrative staff, and referring providers Collaborate with the RehabFirst team to provide a positive patient experience and high-quality care Qualifications Outpatient physical therapy experience preferred Manual therapy experience preferred Master's degree in Physical Therapy or Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment Requirements Current Arkansas Physical Therapist license in good standing Current CPR certification Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program
