is seeking an experienced Physical Therapist (PT) for a 13-week contract assignment in Buckeye, AZ. The Physical Therapist will provide quality rehabilitation services, develop individualized treatment plans, and support patients in achieving their functional goals. Responsibilities Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans. Provide physical therapy treatments based on patient needs. Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as appropriate. Document evaluations, treatments, and patient progress accurately. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to support patient outcomes. Maintain compliance with facility and professional standards. Requirements Active Physical Therapist license. Experience in the required clinical setting. Must maintain active licensing throughout the assignment. Strong communication and documentation skills.
