The Role As a Physical Therapist at WARMC, you will evaluate, plan, and administer therapeutic procedures in physical medicine and rehabilitation. You will have the time, resources, and leadership support necessary to provide high-quality, individualized care.

Core Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough physical therapy evaluations and develop highly individualized, goal-oriented treatment plans. Administer safe, effective therapeutic interventions, adjusting treatment plans as patients progress. Educate patients and their families on therapeutic exercises and post-treatment care to support long-term recovery and mobility. Collaborate daily with referring physicians, peers, and an interdisciplinary team to ensure continuity and quality of care. Provide clear, concise, and accurate documentation of evaluations, treatment plans, progress notes, and billing. Operate therapy equipment safely and maintain a clean, organized environment for patients and staff.

Qualifications Education:

Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) required.

Experience:

New graduates are highly encouraged to apply!

Licensure:

Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of Arizona (or eligible/in-process to obtain).

Certifications:

Basic Life Support (BCLS) required within 30 days of hire. This position is not eligible for immigration sponsorship now or in the future. Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. for any employer.
